The Anna Police Department, along with several other cities in Collin County, have police and fire calls for service dispatched by the central 911 Call Center at the Collin County Sheriff's Office located in McKinney. The 911 Call Center is on the campus of the Collin County Sheriff's Office. The 911 Dispatch Center recently completed a major renovation and expansion to accommodate current and future growth and corresponding demand for services.
