The City of Anna has an Ordinance (PDF) regulating solicitors, Article 10, Section 5 (Part II, Code of Ordinances page 48). The Records Coordinator of the Police Department is responsible for processing Solicitor Permit Applications. You can complete the application HERE. Fill it out completely, and  email to Cynthia Lopez or mail to Anna Police Department at 120 W. 7th St , Anna TX 75409 attention Cynthia Lopez; or hand deliver to the Anna Police Department during normal business hours. Failure to complete the form can result in a soliciting permit being denied. 

Click here to view a sample permit (PDF). If persons are soliciting in your neighborhood and not displaying their City of Anna Solicitor Permit please call 911. Tell the call-taker this is not an emergency, people are soliciting without a permit and you wish APD to check on them. Vehicle description and license number is helpful as well as clothing description of the solicitors.
